Mary Guinee has more than 35 years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, including 30 years of leading, directing, managing, and conducting Environmental Assessments of commercial and industrial properties. Mary leads multi-discipline teams in addressing clients’ fatal flaw/site selection screening (go/no-go) processes, and engineering, environmental, and ecological due diligence and conceptual planning concerns during property transactions and commercial and industrial land development projects. Mary is especially adept at providing diverse approaches to brownfield and urban redevelopment projects.
Mary serves a broad client base in all our primary markets: Real Estate, Power (generation, transmission and solar), Solid Waste (including RNG), Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Mining, and Public Sector.
Mary is a Vice President and the Strategic Development Officer for the firm. In 2017, she was appointed to CEC’s board of directors and was recently elected to her third, 3-year term. Mary also serves on CEC’s Management and Operations committees, serves as a senior advisor for our CEC Women ERG, and is president of our Federal and Texas Political Action committees.
